How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Weigh in approved! I'm going to celebrate with 2 pieces of toast with butter (!) and avocado, and then straight back into it prepping a healthy dinner and gym sess. Is anyone else treating themselves?

Once your photos have been verified as winning your fine, you are just advised to wait until then in case your weigh in needs to be re-done if they don't aporove the pics. And really, 2 pieces of toast as a one off aren't going to change my weight too much!

Yesterday’s weight wasn’t accepted because I forgot to include the code word! I weighed in about 1.5 hours ago this morning and am eagerly awaiting my confirmation so I can eat and start my day!! How long does it take??

Thanks everyone for support and sharing the journey together. This short 4weeks was a good experience and an eye opener. I thought I knew about my body but I was surprised how much I have unknown myself. Just starving or hours of cardio would not get the body I wanted, refusing to go family BBQ is not the way to keep my body fit either. I leaned how to eat ‘guilty food’ in moderation, still enjoy life if I am sensible. The one thing I learned the most important is that my body deserves love not punishment because it does not fit my clothers well!!. I will continue DB as this forthcoming festive season is a challenge and I like to use what I learned from here.
