I’m still having baggy 12s. Maybe 10s by New Year. OMG to get into single digits in 2019.

I’m consistently training for hills walk/jogging. Trail run in 2.5 weeks.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Yes, less sweet stuff. Too much sugar. Halloween leftovers and more. I’ll have 1 small piece of pie on Thanksgiving.

Kick up the cardio and steps. 16,000 + steps. Add biking 1-2 days a week. Keep on pescatarian. Add more greens and veggies along with protein.
