Non-scale victory of the week!

I can feel less fat on my body when I palpate my belly. I also ran 12 miles this weekend.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was better at time as far as mindfulness while eating, but I'm still struggling at times.

I'm fitting back into the bridesmaid dress I wore to Jordan's wedding on 2015

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have gone to bed instead of late night binge eating Thursday night.

I'm going to be more mindful when I'm hungry. I want to be able to start forging the path of stopping when I'm full instead of continuing to eat.
