Non-scale victory of the week!

Continued meal prep. Cut out all crabs and sugars for the week. I exercised at the pool everyday for a couple hours

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Being consistent with nutrition it has been so difficult. I am unable to utilize diets as I have a GI disease which makes it hard to do so.
