Jocey. Thank you for sharing. First, I want to congratulate you on all your accomplishments. Although we are not on the same dietbet world right know, know that I share some of your struggles as well, and will not as you give up.. slowly but surely we shall win the race..!!! always cheering you and rooting for you!! giving you my "two thumbs up" always, especially when I run!!! Ciao Bella, see you in fitbit world!! Praying that you get some restful sleep.. Psalms 4:8 "I will both lie down in peace and sleep, for You alone, O Lord make me dwell in safety".

You look fabulous. I remember when you had lost some weight and took your picture in that dress again. I have so much respect for your journey. How did your board work out this summer? You know I am waiting for the day when they figure something out for the insomnia a mind but - just know I am there with you everyday and getting up and moving probably helps you get 2 hours of sleep more often. It's the pits, I know!

Wonderful story, and wonderful photo. Love that you are calm, cool, collected. In my running photos I always look like I am murdering someone or like I am dying, both of which are possibly true depending how long the race was. Lol. Great job on finishing your first official 5k. Inspiring!

There should be awesome choices for fruits and veggies on the cruise! Fill half your plate with those first, and just say no to anything fried. The sunshine and warmth will be so nice - totally jealous!

Walk, swim, snorkel move every chance you get. I remember one time my birth family went on vacation and I was dieting. Every time we would stop, I'd run in place or do some jumping jacks--in the bathroom! Where there's a will, there's a way. Enjoy...

I TOTALLY understand the hormone craving thing. I also find the when I am at my desk (I sit at work most of the time) I want something to snack on and usually something sweet. I have small dark chocolate Dove bars or something along those lines so I can have one and I'm good. I have also taken to keeping a very small bowl on my desk that has a small hand full or a serving of M&M's so that I can snack on those throughout the day. I can't totally give up my chocolate no matter how hard I try.

Having a good plan is the best way to tackle any problem. Now that you have your plan, implement it. If it doesn't work, regroup and come up with a new plan. It's okay to have a plan that fails. You just have to start again with a new plan based on your new experiences. Your plan sounds good. I hope it works for you.

I love having rewards. I too am using a tattoo as a reward if I meet my 10% at the end of the 6 months. I'll be adding to the tattoo I already have and it has some significant meaning. In the past when I lost weight I would buy a new charm for my Pandora bracelet after every 10 pounds.

I buy new clothes along the way. They always make me feel good.
