Hi!

My name is Jen! I am a 43 year old working mom of two boys - ages 13 and 11 - who are always on the go! I work for a very busy real estate lawyer as a law clerk and in the evenings we spent most of our time at the arena.

About 7 years ago I went through a break up and other stresses. I become very thin - I look back now and I know I was not well. I then met a wonderful man and his two boys and life is wonderful...That being said - I don't make time for myself. I have packed on about 50 pounds in the last 3 years - and I feel gross. I am tired and in pain. I just want to be healthy and feel good again...so here I am :) :)

Hi! My name is Linda and I am a mother of a son that turns 3 in a few days. I am a classroom teacher at an international IB school in Sweden. I have struggled with my weight my entire life. Lost quite a lot of weight a few years ago, gained quite a lot of it and I haven't been able to lose any more weight since my son was born. Just feel that I am in constant pain and that I am tired all the time. Just want to be a good role model for my son but even more, I want to feel good and healthy.

I'm Melissa. I'm a mother of two (a 2 year old and a 4 year old) and an Assistant Principal. I have a hard time finding time to work out and I know I rely too heavily on restaurants for food. I want to eat better so I can feel better (have less back pain, feel more awake, and have more energy for my kids) and look better so I can be more excited about being in pictures with my children!

Hey Melissa welcome! I totally understand, I have two girls myself, some days after work, I rather sit in front of my tv or keep working once the kids go to sleep. Lately, I've been forcing myself to workout once I put them to bed. I do a quick Piyo tape and then take a warm bath. It helps with my sleep and it makes me feel better. I've been following the 21 day fix, I'm HORRID at calorie counting and honestly don't have time. Which dietbet are you doing?
