Today was insanely busy. I taught, then rushed home to tutor a student online and then I had some papers to edit for a client. I also had not slept well last night so I was exhausted. Plus I gave up coffee months ago so I could not use that as medicine. All this to say that Day 2 was yet another day without a workout. However, given that it is 30 workouts in 30 days means that as long as I do 30 workouts it doesn't necessarily have to be everyday! It means that there will now be two days where I will have to do two workouts per day. I hope this makes sense! I am off to bed now!

I'll be honest. I didn't actually do the workout today that I was supposed to do. It seemed I barely had time to eat dinner. Regardless, I'm going to keep going ahead with this commitment. I will simply make up for it by doing an extra 45 minute workout on another day so I can still make my 30 workouts in 30 days! :)

Welcome to my 30 day challenge! To remain accountable please check-in daily with a photo and/or comment and/or update about your workout of the day. A workout can include a hike, a yoga class, aerobics class, belly dancing, dance class, muscle toning, gym workout, bootcamp, doing the stairs, etc., but must be for a minimum of 45 minutes. Although simply walking at a slow to normal pace is good for you, it does not count as a workout. If you want, give a brief summary of what you did and how you feel. I'm looking forward to this!
