Hi, I started last year (1/1/2017) with 100+ pd monkey. With following low carb, I shed 50 by the end of the year. So 2018, I vowed to myself to lose the last 50 but I really needing to start moving too. I joined Dietbet and just finished & won my 4 wk challenge, losing 11.2. I also incorporated walking into my daily life.
I am signing up for 2nd challenge, but boy the last two days I slacked off and only logged 2,000 steps each day and lazy food wise. I feel it in my system and legs. Don’t like it....ready to jump back in.
