Finally got to do our first workout last night (didn't "discover" this site until recently so was late signing up). Already starting to feel it and I hardly used any weight yesterday; mainly just wanted to go through the motions and focus on form. I realize (1) my balance SUCKS so that is definitely something I can improve and (2) my days of doing lots of high-impact/bouncing may be behind me! My bladder ain't what it used to be! I used to be an aerobics instructor and personal trainer so I know how to modify the moves to make them low impact. I'm working with my husband to help improve his form in the weight training area. Overall, I am ready to make healthier eating choices and improve my overall fitness.
