Today is a classic:

Breakfast at 10 a.m.:

2 small slices of whole, multigrain bread

4 slices of ham

4 grapes

125g soya yogurt (without sugar, 0% fat)

coffee substitute with ~50g of skimmed milk

 

11 a.m. What happens? I'M AWFULLY HUNGRY!!!

It's 12:20 now and I still haven't eaten anything but breakfast. I've just bought my digital scale and now I'm starting my exercise routine, hoping I miraculously last till lunch (2 p.m.). I'm getting serious on this diet thing again so I can win the bet and get the money I paid for the scale (12.50€) back :).
