Today I lost some weight during my 2,5 hours bike family trip and now I'm at my lowest since Spring 2015 (1,5 years ago)! Yupeeee!!!! :D :D That's really motivating!

I don't keep up with any strict diet, nor exercise plan. I just eat whatever I want with a limit of ~1700 kcal. But I exercise a lot, my goal is 400 kcal / day, but in reality I do much more. Today it was 670 on the bicycle and I have still my stretching session waiting for me :)

Each day I update my diet journal. I bought a separate copy-book in which I write my goals for each week (not achievement goals, but exercise and eating goals). Than, I note every single food I eat, exercise I do and, with a green marker, I try to note one good thing that have happened to me that day. Today, for example, when my family and I were cycling through the forest, we saw a big deer jumping/running in the woods. It was the first time I have seen such a big animal in its natural habitat. WOW!
