OK - I have decided to dramatically reduce my wheat, cheese, and milk consumption for the next two weeks. Partially to see how well I do and what alternatives I like, and partially to see if I can ditch a few more pounds. I don't normally have the time to do structured diets so I feel like removing a few ingredients might work well for me.

My heritage is Scotch Irish and German.  I LOVE pasta, cheese, bread and all other foods are acceptable if accompanied by cheese, bread, or pasta. Ha.

I do love lots of other foods and nothing beats a really fresh salad with a few avocado and beet slices. Now for a few weeks of playing with new ingredients. It's almost easier to do something like this while traveling bc i can order out better than i cook.  At home it's often quick frozen meals or dinner out.
