Hey Laurelie! I totally made that mistake with my last DietBet - weighed in a few days early and had hit my goal, so relaxed and regained a few pounds that I had to work REALLY HARD to get rid of! Thankfully just made my goal weight for the game, but it taught me not to get too complacent!I definitely don't agree with weighing every day - the number can change so drastically according to various different circumstances, and it can have such a massive psychological impact (especially negatively if it's higher than you'd like) - I simply don't think it's worth it.
