So I started a bit early, I tried out all the workouts from day 1. Now since its the official day 2 I am already a day ahead and had 3 workouts behind me.

I'm planning on doing the regular workouts that Johana has planned out, but I really hope I will still have the strenght to keep my running going on. I'm still a very begginer runner, just strted the journey but I hope to be able to run furhter and faster by next spring.

I began taking care about how I eat and how I feel just after putting away my pills. I've been on them for over 9 years. Just after I stopped my organizm started to act crazy. I gained weight, and wouldn't feel good about myself so I had to act!

I started from walking, small 1km walks to 5km a day. My endophines rose and my apetite for more exercise too. Now I run 3,5 km and walk another 2km almost everyday. Maintain a strict nutrion diet of 1500kcal (myfitnespal rulz).

I came to know a lot about food, prepping and what to eat and feel good.

I keep saying that this is my beggining - it's because I can finaly feel being myself again after all those mundain years on pills - now I feel everting with hightened emotions. I feel good, I feel loved and I love with all my heart.
