Making healthy eating choices is not always easy. Start by making small changes. Like, eliminating sodas and fruit juices. You'll be surprised at how many calories you can save just by eliminating sugary drinks. Another good habit is eating every two and a half to 3 hours, alternating between meals and snacks. My last tip, increase your water intake. Drinking your kilogram body weight in ounces ensures that you're drinking enough water for your weight. To convert your weight from pounds to kilograms divide by 2.2. For example 150 / 2.2 = 68kg or 68 oz. Now to know how much is 68oz, divide by 16.9 ( average size bottled water ) = 4 bottles per day or 500 milliliters. Water helps speed up your metabolism, flushes out toxins, helps hydrate the skin and makes you feel full.
Again make small changes. Try eliminating or exchanging an unhealthy food items for a healthy one. My church does a yearly fast and I thought I would share it with you. You are NOT required to do the fast. I just wanted to share it with you. This is very very similar to the Paleo diet.
