Happy Sunday Body Lovers!

Are you ready? Change can be stressful especially when it comes to getting healthy. I've learned that in order to be successful with ANYTHING you must plan. Likewise with losing weight; planning is the key. Tomorrow is the offical start date but I want to encourgae you to start today. Here are a few tips to get make the 1st week a little easier.

  1. Make a menu (3 meals, 2 snacks)

  2. Go shopping

  3. Prep meals for at least 3 days (snacks included)

  4. Make a workout schedule

  5. Workout at least 3 days 

  6. Set a reminder to workout (make it a priority)

     

Let's keep each other motivated by posting on the message board, I don't want to be the only one :).
