
Have you ever heard of the saying " If you fail to plan, you plan to fail?" I believe that's true. Planning is vital to losing weight. Having s plan prevents you from eating unhealthy. We plan for everything from getting married to paying bills. I've already blogged about that so I won't go over that again.
How do you feel about going to rhe grocery store? I'm not a big fan of it but once I'm there I find it to be enlightening and therapeutic. Here are a few tips to help make your next grocery shopping experience stress free.
- Make a weekly menu
- Check your refrigerator and pantry
- Make a list of items
- Eat BEFORE going shopping
- Shop at the health food or whole food store 1st
- 2nd store if needed
- Shop mostly the perimeter of the store
- Don't go up every aisle
- Stay focused
- Get only the things on the list
