Have you ever heard of the saying " If you fail to plan, you plan to fail?" I believe that's true. Planning is vital to losing weight. Having s plan prevents you from eating unhealthy. We plan for everything from getting married to paying bills.  I've already blogged about that so I won't go over that again.

How do you feel about going to rhe grocery store?  I'm not a big fan of it but once I'm there I find it to be enlightening and therapeutic. Here are a few tips to help make your next grocery shopping experience stress free. 

  1. Make a weekly menu
  2. Check your refrigerator and pantry
  3. Make a list of items
  4. Eat BEFORE going shopping
  5. Shop at the health food or whole food store 1st
  6. 2nd store if needed
  7. Shop mostly the perimeter of the store
  8. Don't go up every  aisle
  9. Stay focused
  10. Get only the things on the list
