I totally agree! low carb is the worst! - the cravings and the lethargy are so bad. I happen to be a vegan ... but I am a classic "junk food vegan" fakes meats, cheeses and Oreos etc. lol. I went vegan because of the animals not my health so I am trying to turn my health around now. I am following the Starch Solution by Dr. McDougall. I do not have the book but I'm just going by the website and lots of youtube videos by PotatoStrong and PlantbasedAthlete. I too am curious about how my body will react to my plan :) I am pretty excited for this dietbet I'm hoping it keeps me accountable and helps me form some good habits!
