So, today I started a new take on my diet. I'm trying to eat 1g protein/kg bodyweight. That's a lot of food. I have been eating constantly since getting to work, and I still have one meal to go before bed. I'm stuffed to the gills. I can't even drink enough water, because my belly is just too full... And I'm still around 1300-1500 kcal depending on the dinner and if I snack (I need my blueberries, gosh darn it!). But I'm determined to try it out at least for this month. Maybe it gets better.

On a sad note, I fell off the wagon yesterday. I had a snickersbar, a pastry, 3 sodas and a bag of cheese doodles. And I had my cheatday the day before. Oh well, just have to get back on it. One slip-up won't kill me. My vacation is over, so I'm back to my routines again, and it's much easier to work with that.
