HELP! What to do when you don't feel like going to the gym

I get this way too, but I usually just talk myself into it. I think about how I will feel like I achieved something when I am finished. I also tell myself that if I want, I only have to stay at the gym for about 20 minutes. When I get there, I usually stay longer. =) Hope that helps a little.
