Well done on getting it all together. My parents also went through a divorce. . The longest in history. Still not finished yet so as much as my parents divorce is also long over due I am still in the middle of the mess. Yet to see either of them come out the Other side happy.I think it's part of the reason I put on so much last year.

I go to the athletic club with a friend (she is my morning motivation). I go for hoyle yoga, barre, body jam dance, weights, jogging or whatever looks fun. I am not a morning person, but that is the only time that works for me, so it helps to have a friend. When stuck at home, I do Fitness Blender videos (free and awesome), Shaun T Cize/hip hop abs/rock your body or do workouts from magazines like Self and Shape. I also remember that I am working out to set a good example for my kids, encourage my husband's level of activity and to be the best me I can be.

Buying new workout clothes always motivates me to go to the gym! even if its just a new workout tank top! Also try going to a workout class instead of working out alone. I have a body pump class I attend on Wednesdays, and when I don't feel like going, I feel like I let the girls in my class down. Sometimes, I just have to tell myself "suck it up and just do it!" most of the time there isn't something serious thats keeping me from the gym, it's just me being lazy, so sometimes I just have to have a mental pep talk with myself, and just make myself go! and I always feel better afterwards.

This is very exciting. Truth be known, we will make money because some people will forfeit their bets because they will decide again and again that in that moment whatever they are wanting is "not that bad" and that they will "make up for it tomorrow". I just can't go there very much or at all. Money isn't the most important thing. But it's very needful! HA :)
