Losin' it!

I've lost a little over 2 pounds and I'm very happy to be on the right track. Just came back from a 3.93 mile (nordic) walk. Sang most of the way. Loved it! Nice day outside. Now if I can just keep it up. We'll see. Hope everyone is doing well.

As for my exercise program, I try to get in six crossfit wods a week over a 4 to 5 day period. We have a holiday workout and nutrition challenge that is Dec 1 through Dec 30th. So it is helping me out. Also, I do hot yoga 3 to 4 times a week and yin yoga (no heat just holding poses to work the connective tissues) 1 to 2 times a week. And I'm doing a virtual walk or run challenge of 14 miles a week which means I'm usually Nordic walking with poles 3 to 4 times a week. I have probably 1 rest day a week unless I'm pressed for finding time to work out. So, that means I'm doubling, tripling up workouts on some days.
