Ok so I had planned to go for a walk every day starting today!!! Hadn't been walking in over a year. But it's raining! So I grabbed the "Power walk for Weight Loss" dvd that was still sealed from who knows when and popped it in. The people were all wearing short shorts and having a great time! I don't like dvd's with all fit people! Get real people please! It was tough - basically a 26 minute power walk. Kicked my butt totally. My step count for today is still pretty awful. Just goes to show ya I need to start my workout in the morning. The lady on the dvd was like "ok so after this you can do the 10 minute high intensity or the core workout after that" uh NO. I am actually SWEATING. I can't tell you how long it's been since I worked out enough to sweat. I hope my legs are ok tommorrow. I didnt even add the light dumbells suggested. But hey I did it! Onward, march!
