Awesome, Awesome, Awesome.. Very Inspiring indeed.. I so relate to your story.. We are Fit, Fabulous, and yes we are in our 40's.. Thank you for sharing.. I've been trying to get my younger sisters on game, but their mindset is just not there. Can't wait for them to see when I go back stateside that it can be done and the sooner we take action the better for our overall health.. BTW, loving the toned arms!!! You go girl!!!
