Okay! Since I started working out (mostly) regularly in May last year, I've gained weight becuase of muscle. I've never been at this high of weight but, yet, this fit with my chest this small, which is an indicator of fat levels. So I ordered a pair of skin fold calipers to keep track of my fat loss because I don't want to start this bet then gain even more muscle and have it look like I just gained fat.
My measurements are all bigger too because I've never had a butt and building up abs packed on mass. It's hard to feel like I've made any positive changes when my measurements and numbers are either growing or staying the same. My weight did creep up a few pounds in the winter because I fell off the wagon for a while, but I'll never get back down to my lowest weight again because I have too much muscle so my lean body mass is higher.
Here goes this experiment!
