So, it's been a few days and I got the e-mail suggesting to weigh myself again.  So I did.  And I gained a poound.       

I'm starting to think this isn't a good idea because I'm supposed to lose 5lbs but I don't have that much fat to give away, or I do but I don't know if I can make it all disappear in 3 weeks.  I've still been lifting weights and doing resistance exercises so the only way I could lose that much is to eat only vegetables and do only cardio.
I know this from experience... But then I'd just feel like garbage all over again.

I guess I'll keep going and stick this out, still try for clean eating and less weight, but I may have forfeited my money.
