I guess yesterday was a bit of water weight or an anomaly, so I checked today as well.
It may not be the most fair weigh in because I've had some sort of stomach virus since Tuesday and haven't been eating as much as I normally do. For me, though, this can be okay because I'm trying to break a cycle of binge eating so if I'm only eating as much as I can then I'm not going to go overboard and only eat quality foods.
Yes, I'm still scared about not making it to my goal in the time alotted but I think I really do have more than enough fat to get rid of. I'm waiting on some skin fold calipers to come in the mail so I can keep track of my BF% more than my weight.
