There are so many free exercises and workouts available, but how to choose which one is for you? These four are my favorite YouTube workouts of the moment. All these workouts are do-able at home.

Victoria's Secret Model Workout: 10-minute Fat-Blasting Circuit

What I like about this workout is that it's easy to follow, and the movements aren't too hard. You feel your body working, but it's not like a red hot burning hell of a workout. I also like how Andrea explains each move as she does it, and why you'd want to finish that minute. Plus, I don't mind hearing that she's getting a little bit out of breath. It makes it so much more realistic. Also, the reminders of "breath" actually help me concentrate on my breathing.

What I'm not crazy for is the fact that there is music on the background, but the moves aren't timed to the rhythm. As a dancer, this bugs me. But on the other hand, it gives you the possibility to workout on your own tempo.

10 Minute Booty Shaking Waist Workout by Tiffany Roth

I really love Tiffany's energy. She motivates me to shake it unashamedly in my living room. I like the music and the way she uses it to keep you going. The moves are easy enough and give your waist and back a thorough workout, no doubt about it.

If I have to point out a drawback of this workout it's that it doesn't include a warm up (and you really need one before you can manage this). Futhermore, you shouldn't do this one just after you drank a glass of water. Because stitches in the side a no joke!

Pump it up The Ultimate Dance Workout

I enjoy the completeness of this workout. There's a warm up and cool down included. Also, there are multiple routines to choose from, each focussing on a different aspect. I personally like the 'Bums & Tums', but 'Dance it out' and 'Pump it up' are fun as well. This workout will make you sweat a lot, which is a big plus. And it's really funny to see all the people from the Call on Me-video, though the guy in the back makes it awkward sometimes. Also points for the different positions they show (the girly push up and manly push up).

But there are some things I don't like. The moves aren't that simple, but do-able if they would've been explained well. They aren't, so the first couple times you'll be left floundering. It does make the competative side of me want to do it over and over again to get it right, but it can be frustrating. All the jumping around is not really my cup of tea either, because my neighbors will get annoyed with me for bouncing around their ceiling an hour long.
