I haven't counted calories, have worked out moderately (at least a 30 minute walk every day), and I've met goal 9 days early! After the first week, I didn't crave sugar and my mind was rarely on food. I've adapted to just eating when I'm hungry, eating to fullness, and as long as it's gluten and sugar free, eating whatever I want. I am a little worried about the upcoming PMS week being prior to weigh-in, my weight may go up a couple pounds naturally in water weight, but I'm so happy right now with the way my body is getting leaner (clothes are loose or fitting again!) and how much healthy and energetic I feel, that frankly I don't care so much about meeting the goal.
