Pizza times planned - only 2 - one is to watch a movie at the New Sanno on Sunday (somthing the kid has been dying to do) and one is when we meet up with our friends on Tuesday for swimming.
One lunch of good Japanese food planned.
As long as I do my quest bars for breakfast and salad with hardboiled egg at night, we should be good. On pizza days it will be salad with egg for lunch. Oh, AND drink my water!
Still need to make a healthy soba salad to put in our cooler.
Planning to do yoga in the park with the kid at midtown - gotta remember the yoga mats and feel inspired to do this! Its FREE so maybe that helps. Also, it is twice a day, maximum number of people is 500 - so really why should I feel self conscious if I fall on my butt? AND I read Godzilla is back at midtown - yoga with Godzilla watching, gotta love that!
Planning to hit the hotel gym every day for an hour and swim with the kid every day. AND the gym is open 24/7!
I still need to figure out our fun stuff - that is the purpose of heading up there right? To enjoy Golden Week away from home in Yokohama and explore Tokyo. Ueno Zoo and park is on the list for sure. What else?
I guess today I need to work on our outings and fun!
AND if the scale does go up I have a plan for that too! Its called protein and lots of fiber!
