Time out in Tokyo worked out great! AND then things got wonky here at home, I know the reasons (can you say bread and TOO MUCH cheese?) so for Mother's Day I got back on track and now I am .3 of a lb from bet goal. 

It is already Monday here in Japan so I guess I have exactly 1 week to lose that weight - I know I can and will do it and win this bet! 

BUT I am not going to lie, I miss having a glass of wine - that is something I did give up for the bet, although I did have 2 beers last week in Tokyo. I don't know if giving something up is the best way to deal with weight issues unless it is forever and I am thinking it isn't since I have an upcomig wine tasting event on my calendar! 

I also have some other food events after the bet is over that I will have manage as well, those events too include wine and CHEEESE! Life is about living so I have to learn how to deal and when I do endulge get back on track quickly instead of reversing my success. 

I am also thinking ahead to my other goals. After this bet is over, I plan on dropping 6 more pounds by the end of June. Not sure if I will do it via another bet or not. I will have 6 weeks. I want to win this bet first since the first one I did earlier this year I did not win. 

Well, focusing on today, not stressing over yesterday, and preping for tomorrow. That is today's motto, who knows what tomorrow's will be!
