Last week the scale went down, A LOT. Now it is playing games! Up one day down another AND not really making any progress. I don't understand it. I am drinking my water, working out, journaling my food intake AND not eating all of workout calories (but I do eat some since my calorie recommendation is only 1300 - but I only eat about 300 extra most days). 

I really want to win this diet bet and break thru 160. 

Trying not to let frustration defeat me.
