So, basically, I've given up all flour, all sugar, all dairy and eggs. I'm eating "clean". Works great! I've lost a boat load of weight and part of it is running. I started running more seriously and got my mileage up to about 30-35 miles a week. And now, I'm grounded from running. Heel injury. I'm in a boot and not sure how the rest of this is going to go. My doc just said to get on the bike and in the pool. Guess that's what it's going to have to be. So far, 1 week, and all I've done is mope. Dumb.
