I just recently won my first dietbet and I was amazed on the support received by the community and the easy it was to keep in my mind my losing weight goal (I don't like losing money).

I reached my goal and keep losing weight for 2 weeks..... but now i just gained a little bit up and never lose a pound anymore :(

 

I'm still commited to two more 4% dietbet and to two 10% ones, I keep exercising and eating healthy. Nothing changed in my habits, but I just stop losing weight.

This is so discouraging that I would had stop dieting and excersicing at all if it wasn't for the dietbets I'm in...

I haven't stopped and I'm not thinking about quitting. i started searching other types of workouts and what else I can cut out of my meals.

 

If i find something helpfull i will let you know :)
