First let me say, I think it's great that you have not given up. I have a lot of weight to loose and a long way to go, but I'm learning that giving up gets me nowhere. I think you are on the right track. Journaling what your doing and change up as you go is necessary. Our bodies get use to things quickly, so it's important that we keep finding ways to challenge it and push ourselves by changing things up. Good luck to you!!
