Yesterday was a great day! Ate really well and got a good walk in last night after work, almost 2 miles. I just have to get to the gym now. It seems like one thing after another keeps me from getting to the gym. But I have to just put my mind to it and do it, no matter what time of the day or night.

Last nights supper consisted of baked chicken wings and sauteed squash & onions and homemade coleslaw. Delish and very filling! 

Baked fish is on the menu for tonight. Yum!!!
