I realize I did not post last night. Not much happened. Yesterday I ran a mile on the tread mill and had some friends over. For dinner I had a delicious salad. Today I went to the oral surgeon. I found out that I have to get my top two wisdom teeth out 5 days before my 5k. I was a little iffy about that, but the doctor said depending on my healing process I might be able to run it, and if all else fails I can always walk it too. So either way I will be participating in it. My attitude towards this news? What the hey, might as well add this to my summer full of adventures.. and atleast it will be done and over with before school starts. I'm not really nervous about it either because I had the bottom two teeth out in my senior year of high school (2 years ago). After my appt i went to the gym. I feel like this is becoming a reoccuring event in my blog posts :). thats good right? anyway, I did full body at the gym. I even talked my friend into coming with me tomorrow, and we are going to do a Zumba class. a first for both of us. this should be interesting. But hey, its the summer of trying new things right? why not try this. I've also come to the decision that I would like to try the kickboxing class at my gym too. but that will have to wait until monday. But I'm looking for ward to tomorrow nights Zumba class. hopefully I dont hurt or embarass myself :P Until tomorrow my fellow diet betters!
