I have noticed Ive been slacking on my blog posts. So on days/nights I slack I will post a blog for two days. Not much has really been going on other than the fact I got a new job. Ive been working/training like crazy since we open on monday so these past few days have been crunch time. Yesterday, and again today, I worked from 3-10. Which was tiring, but will be great once I see the $$ roll in!! last night after I got home from work I immediately put my running clothes on and switched my sneakers and set out on the treadmill for a short mile run. afterowrds I whipped out the footbath for much needed / very much deserved foot massage. today before I left for work my new favorite device came in the mail! my fitbit! LOVE IT! so me being the person who gets a new toy and immediately has to set it up and try it out, I set it up and set out on a walk. I walked 2.6 miles before work. I wore the fitbit all night at work, and when I got home went on the treadmill and walked a mile. so between the 2.6miles before work, walking around during work, and walking a mile after, I walked close to 5 miles today. 12,100 steps! INCREDIBLE! I lost 2,367 calories, and was able to stay within my range of caloric intake. I think that all in all the past two days, despite how tiring they were, were very good days in contributing to making this the BEST SUMMER EVER!!
