I'll be ready to start the game tomorrow.

  • I walked about 10,600 steps today. We had warm sunny weather so I really enjoyed it.
  • Made good food choices today--about 1400 calories of healthy fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and good fats like olive oil and avocados.
  • Didn't drink enough water -- any suggestions out there?

I want to wish a "good luck" to all my fellow diet betters, but learning to make good food choices and controling portion size isn't about luck--it's about taking care of our bodies.
