Sounds like a good start Kat! Water is a key component, as I'm sure you know! I've been working to improve this aspect myself. I fill a small water bottle 1/4 full and freeze it at night. Fill it with water in the morning and I leave it right on my desk...open. I take sips all day long, I strive for 2 - 2.5 liters a day, which is sufficient for me and where I live. Had to drink more when I lived in the desert! Lots of trips to the ladies room but I've noticed a difference in my skin for sure!
