This past weekend was great fun! James and I went to Comic Con in Denver and had a blast!!

What does that have to do with walking? Well, we walked and walked and walked. One day I had over 17,000 steps! That's big for me. I can tell a difference in how I feel after walking, besides the sore feet and legs on the first day. This morning I got up looking forward to taking a long walk.

Why? Because I now know I can do it. I always knew I could walk but never the distance that I did while at comic con.
