Rhonda, you an amazing person. I truly feel you are a winner by the pure fact that you continue to step on the screaming scale and join the game. Number 3 is it, I know you can do it. Rhonda, seems like there are many of us telling our negative self-talk to shut up recently. For me on Sundays getting ready for church it used to be; can I button that top button to scinch up the tie or do I have to leave it open and not look my best for church. So you are not alone in that. You are wonderful, you are taking care of yourself, and you are going to keep it up. Smile and give yourself a hug because you are precious!

Congrats Rhonda on the great progress,. While I am not a big "video" person, my wife does walking videos all the time. Her favorite (well from what I can tell because they are the ones she does the most) is "Walk the Walk." For brownie points I do them with her sometimes ;) Keep up the good work.
