I have had a great week! For the first time in a long time, I really believe that I'm going to lose this weight and be healthy.

I'm eating low carb, not to be mistaken with NO carb. When I told myself no carbs, no sugars, I lost it. But now I'm admitting that I'm addicted to both and that's ok in moderation. So low carb/low sugar is working for me. Last week I lost 1.4 pounds. So happy!!

It's going to happen for all of us. All we have to do, is find a healthy lifestyle that works for us.
