I am going to blog each day of my journey up to when I start my maintainence of my goal wieght 

 

Day Three 

Let the game began! 

Had a great breakfast, went for a walk but now I am tired - physically and emotionally 

What am I going to have for lunch - many healthy options but creating a healthy weekly menu's is a learned behaviour and I am on day three so I still have alot to learn 

I think I am tired because I haven't had a starchy carb or any white sugar 

Probably like most of you I am a great advocate in helping others but not so much myself - I feel like I have one of those 100 piece puzzles in front of me and I have the first puzzle piece in my hand, I have all the puzzle pieces organzied by colour and I know it will take me a long time to finish the puzzle and two thoughts come to mind 1: will I finish puzzle, 2: will near and dear ones like the puzzle? 

Daily Menu 

breakfast: yogurt, blueberries, melon and an apple 

Lunch: turkey wrap with tomato and cucumber 1/3 cup of calorie wise chicken pasta salad (1/3 cup) 

Chicken wrap with tomato and lettuce 

Snack: a handful of nuts and an apple 

Water: Not enough.......
