Non Scale Victories

You're absolutely right on all counts! First of all, congratulations on your NSVs. Those are huge accomplishments and you more than deserve to pat yourself on the back. The feeling you get when your clothes hang off of you is so wonderful, it's a reward all in itself. (I've recently had to adjust my Vivofit, too -- I'll have to move to the small band soon!) Just think of where you'll be by your NEXT birthday. It'll be a whole new Alice! Kudos on your excellent progress. Thank you for sharing this. Keep it up!
