A list for me to read when I'm losing motivation.

  1. I had to buy new sweatpants because my other ones were too tight
  2. I'm a degenerate gambler
  3. I can't walk up more than 2 flights of stairs without getting winded
  4. Profits will go straight to my student loans and/or retirement fund
  5. I can't sit for long periods of time at work without feeling uncomfortable
  6. It is easier to eat cold food (e.g. raw veggies) during hot months, so why not
  7. Side stretching is limited by my stomach (gets in the way) more than flexibility
  8. I needed to eat out less anyway
  9. I am technically obese (according to BMI, although I'm normally at least overweight)
  10. I needed to drink less anyway
