A list for me to read when I'm losing motivation.
- I had to buy new sweatpants because my other ones were too tight
- I'm a degenerate gambler
- I can't walk up more than 2 flights of stairs without getting winded
- Profits will go straight to my student loans and/or retirement fund
- I can't sit for long periods of time at work without feeling uncomfortable
- It is easier to eat cold food (e.g. raw veggies) during hot months, so why not
- Side stretching is limited by my stomach (gets in the way) more than flexibility
- I needed to eat out less anyway
- I am technically obese (according to BMI, although I'm normally at least overweight)
- I needed to drink less anyway
