GREAT list, great goals! Seems like a realistic plan also. I lost 60 pounds in 9 months doing dietbet my first year and funny 135 was my goal to hit in September of that year for a wedding - when I hit it, it was the BEST feeling! You can do it - you seem very determined and that is what it takes - the journey is so mental. One comment though. I get what you are saying about "cheat days" - I have always hated that terminology. BUT they say it is good for your metabolism to have one higher calorie day. Just use your obsessive techniques to keep it in control. I use myfitnesspal.com (LOVE IT!) to track my food and I would always track my high calorie day and it usually involved going out to dinner and allowing myself wine and sometimes if I thought I could manage it without going into a freefall, a little dessert. So I would keep it CLEAN and healthy, at least 90% of the time, but always for those first 9 months, tracked every single day, even my high calorie day, so I was able to keep it in check. You can do this - you are on your way and off to a great determined start!!!
