its amazing how just healthy eating and drinking makes you feel a little lighter.  Eventhough I am only down .8.  Thats totally ok. I just noticed today, as I ran up a set of stairs, that it felt good!  Before this  I was getting winded.  So badly that I thought I may have a breathing issue. I have also found a new enthusiasm for getting up really early to workout. Love that quiet time. Sharing it with Fox news and the treadmil or (my absolute favorite) DDP yoga!
