its amazing how just healthy eating and drinking makes you feel a little lighter. Eventhough I am only down .8. Thats totally ok. I just noticed today, as I ran up a set of stairs, that it felt good! Before this I was getting winded. So badly that I thought I may have a breathing issue. I have also found a new enthusiasm for getting up really early to workout. Love that quiet time. Sharing it with Fox news and the treadmil or (my absolute favorite) DDP yoga!

Sign in to CommentYou r completely right! cutiecakes! Years ago when I was on track and eating right,. If I touched anything fried..... whoa! I like that 'my body is thanking me'. I am gonna remind myself of that! It is a great motivator!
Clean eating just does SO MUCH for your body! The added energy is your body thanking you for fueling it right! But don't cheat too much too quickly or else your body will respond negatively! I've had a few attacks when I eat something i'm not supposed to that I just stopped eating the occasional processed food altogether! If i slip up, I WILL pay for it in the bathroom lol. Motivation to stay on track ^_^
