I have taken the challenge to Committ to Training and not just working out.  It has forced me to be much more organized during the day and the day before.  I hope I can keep this up.  Keep me in your prayers!!!  The 12 week shred program has me in the gym looking for equipment I didn't even know existed.  I can't wait until I no longer look like I'm lost in the gym near the weights.  Its really hard to look cool, calm, collected and lost!
