Just thought to let you all know that I like to do the following things for working out.  I work at home 90% of the time, so these are fun.  In not particular order:

Hip Hop Abs

Turbo Jam

Taebo

Budakon Yoga

Other Yoga

Working out at the gym with weights and / or on the elliptical machine.

I have challenges with my adrenal glands - so sometimes I have issues with my energy - although this year is the best I have felt in 10 years.  Also, I have dropped some weight in the past 2 years - I went from 180 to now 154.  My goal is 140 by Sept 19 - Trip to Cancun.  And then to maintain that.

In 2004 - I did the Body For Life Program (Book by Bill Phillps).  I went from 160 to 138 in 90 days.  That was great and I will be applying those types of principles during this challenge.  Diet & exercise.  LOVE IT.

I am looking forward to just getting my $30 back - cuz that would mean that everyone reached their goal.

Concentrate on the money for your weight loss - what is the worst that could happen?  You don't make any additional money yet you look REALLY DARN GOOD & probably feel great too.....
